INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from India using trusted international courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines vary by destination and are typically 15-20 business days.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight and dimensions.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES

Import duties, customs duties, taxes and any local clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping charges. Payment must be made directly to the courier or customs authority upon delivery.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major international credit and debit cards, along with secure online payment methods available at checkout.
All payments are processed securely. Orders will be dispatched only after successful payment authorisation.

GENERAL

SHIPPING : Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete, including the zip code and a mobile number, to facilitate timely and accurate delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES : Final shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the product’s size, value, packaging, and shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout.

TRACKING: Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you. You can monitor your order status on the shipping provider's website using the tracking information provided.

NON-DELIVERY: Delivery partners will attempt delivery three times. If the package cannot be delivered due to the receiver’s unavailability, it will be returned to us. Orders returned for this reason are ineligible for refunds, repeat fulfillment, or credit notes.
