Cancellation Policy

Order once placed on the website cannot be cancelled. No reversal of payment, provision of credit notes or gift cards or offer code can be done in lieu of an amount processed on the order being requested for cancellation.

Returns & Exchanges

At swatikalsi, we aim for a smooth shopping experience and uphold high quality standards.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the wrong product is delivered (not matching your order), or there is a genuine manufacturing defect.

One Of A Kind pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

In such cases, we will replace the item with the same or a similar one after review. Requests are evaluated individually at our discretion. Please contact us at info@swatikalsi.com within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.

Important Notes:

• Returns/exchanges are not accepted for other reasons (e.g. color, size, quantity issues after order confirmation).
• No refunds will be issued for incorrect or incomplete shipping details, failed delivery attempts, or refused packages.
• Items bought on sale or at a discount are not eligible for return/exchange.
• Inspect your package before accepting it. If damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and keep all packaging materials.
